Guarantee Statement
We guarantee that all signs will arrive unbroken and in excellent condition.
Final Sale Policy
- All sales are considered final.
- Custom sign or special color orders cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
Returns of Ready-Made Signs
- Returns must be received within 7 days.
- Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- No returned merchandise shall be received without prior authorization.
Opening and Testing
- Open your purchase within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- If possible, open the package in front of the delivery person.
- Do not break the inner seal or remove the sign from the inner box before testing it for damage.
Notification of Claims
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you have any claims related to breakage.
- Failure to report claims within 24 hours may result in the inability to honor such claims, especially if the sign has been removed from the shipping box.
Retention of Packaging
Keep all original packaging for the duration of the warranty period.
Warranty Coverage
- Neon Business signs carry a manufacturer's 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- The warranty is valid only for products returned in their original inner and outer boxes, along with all original packing materials.
Return Authorization and Approval
- Contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Authorization Number and receive approval for the return.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Freight Cost Responsibility
- If the sign fails within the first 30 days from the date of receipt, we will cover the shipping cost for returning the sign.
- After 30 days, the customer is responsible for the freight cost using our lower shipping rates.
Repair or Replacement
- If the sign fails within the first 30 days from the date of receipt, we will cover the shipping cost for returning the sign.

Reporting Timeframe
Breakage claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Unreported Breakage
Failure to report breakage within the specified timeframe will result in the resolution of the issue by sending replacement parts at the customer's expense.
